Monday to Friday role, flexible between 7am to 5pm

Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating seamless communication within the team and Key Accounts.
Efficiently manage calendars and schedule appointments, demonstrating precision in planning.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly executed.
Foster clear and concise communication channels, embodying our goal of effective yet tactful communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preparedness to do the training and ground work necessary to progress within the company. We seek to promote internally, rather than recruiting for senior or management roles.
