Your Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will drive both sales execution and market development, serving as a trusted advisor to health and veterinary professionals and representing a brand defined by scientific integrity and clinical relevance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, expanding, and managing the customer portfolio across pharmacies, nutraceutical retailers, medical clinics, and veterinarian clinics throughout Poland
  • Conducting customer meetings, product presentations, and professional training sessions (online and on-site)
  • Developing the Polish market strategically, including segmentation, prioritization, and establishment of strong regional penetration
  • Identifying untapped growth opportunities and designing actionable go-to-market initiatives
  • Representing Nikolaus Nature at conferences, trade events, and professional educational settings
  • Monitoring competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market dynamics
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Poland, collaborating closely with the International Sales Lead and HQ in Austria
  • Laying the foundation for future Country Manager responsibilities: forecasting, strategic planning, partner development, and team-building potential
Your Profile

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, credible, and mission-driven professional ready to scale a premium nutraceutical brand in Poland.

You bring:

  • Experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, veterinary health, medical devices, or cosmetics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinicians, pharmacists, and veterinarians
  • A structured, proactive, and self-directed working style, ideally with experience in market development
  • High willingness to travel within Poland
  • Native Polish language skills; strong English proficiency
  • Motivation to represent a scientifically grounded premium brand with integrity
  • Ideally: experience in consultative selling, medical education, or launching new markets/products
