Job summary

Beiersdorf Gesellschaft mbH in Austria, Wien, seeks a Finance Controlling professional to drive planning, forecasting and reporting of sales KPIs with a focus on Austria and Eastern Europe. You will partner with the Austrian commercial team, steer budgeting cycles, and contribute to regional projects while developing new controlling tools and performance measures.

Completed university degree in economics, finance or business administration.
1–3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling; preferably in consumer goods.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and practical, hands-on approach.
Proficient MS Excel; SAP FI/CO knowledge; Power BI a plus.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Plan, forecast and report financial KPIs, focusing on sales Controlling (e.g., Net Sales, Gross Margin).
Partner with Austrian commercial team to support decisions for Austria and Eastern Europe.
Steer the budgeting process from customer and category perspectives for transparent planning.
Oversee Customer Investment Budget controlling for Mass Market customers in Austria and coord. with Eastern Europe.
Develop and improve controlling instruments, tools, policies and guidelines; support new tools like sales planning and pricing.
Participate in Local/Regional/Global projects across business areas.
