Your contribution will be

• Establishing a centralised cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
• Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
• Ensuring regular trainings on safety security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
• Leading the assessment and improvement of the organisations global insurance coverage and ensuring adequate protection across all FOUR PAWS entities
• Coordinating insurance relations and handling policies contracted by VIER PFOTEN International
• Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
• University Degree in Safety and Security Management Economic Science Business Administration or equivalent
• Professional knowledge of safety and security
• Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
• Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
• Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 47500 - EUR 59000 (full-time base consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
