Mandarin Oriental, Vienna is housed in a heritage building with 138 guestrooms and suites surrounding a courtyard in the centre of the property, incorporating a restaurant, bar and outdoor garden. The property also houses a Spa featuring treatment rooms, a swimming pool and a well‑equipped fitness centre. A range of adaptable banqueting and meeting spaces will be available for events and social occasions.
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean guest rooms and suites in accordance with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s standards – both with and without linen changes, upon guest arrivals and departures.
- Clean hallways, storage rooms and public areas.
- Provide turndown service in guest rooms.
- Adhere to the hygiene and safety standards of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
- Prepare guest rooms and suites with great attention to detail.
- Replenish minibar items in guest rooms.
- Train new employees, apprentices and interns.
- Report technical defects and missing room items.
- Forward lost and found items to the Housekeeping office.
- Perform regular deep cleaning tasks and inventory checks.
- Address all guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect guest requests and preferences to personalize service.
- Actively review processes and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
- Assist laundry, public cleaning staff and house attendants during peak times.
- Perform departmental administrative tasks.
- Support compliance with FLHSS standards (Hotel Standards).
- Take on other reasonable tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or a senior manager.

Collective minimum gross monthly salary: €2,088.00. An attractive, competitive salary starts at €2,200 per month. We are open to offering a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
