LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join the Product & Client Services team in Pfäffikon. You will manage the end-to-end RFP, RFI and DDQ processes to support client acquisition and retention across private and public markets.

Collaborating with business development, investment management and other internal teams, you will generate tailored responses, maintain the RFP database, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in finance/economics or related field.
• 2–3 years RFP experience in asset management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French or other languages would be an asset.

• Complete RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from prospective and existing investors across private and public markets.
• Collaborate closely with business development, investment management and other internal teams.
• Generate high quality responses and tailor the firm’s standard content as needed to communicate LGT CPs’ competitive positioning relevantly and effectively.
• Manage the entire RFP process including follow up questions from clients and business development teams.
• Ensure that the firm’s RFP database (Responsive) is regularly updated with new or revised content.

• Prepare white papers, market commentary and other writing pieces.
