Destinus is seeking an RF Test Engineer in Austria to own test setups, procedures, and RF characterization across the product lifecycle. You will work with prototypes and complex RF systems, turning data into decisions and supporting validation and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.

The role involves lab and field evaluations, calibration management, and collaboration with hardware, software, and system engineers. A strong RF background and a Master's degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques and hardware.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting for test automation.
• Ability to document and present technical results clearly.

• Define and develop test setups, procedures, and test routines on component, module, and system-level.
• Perform RF measurements and characterization across the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze, evaluate and interpret measurement data.
• Create documentation and test reports.
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers to support validation and troubleshooting.
• Manage calibration, repair and purchases of measurement equipment with the team.
• Conduct evaluations and performance testing in lab and field environments.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and integration activities.
