Zusammenfassung

Wienerberger sucht eine Reporting Enablement Specialist (w/m/d) in Vollzeit, um BI-Berichte, Dashboards und analytische Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu pflegen. Sie arbeiten mit SAP Analytics Cloud und arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen.

Sie übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen in klare Reports, achten auf Datenqualität und Performance und unterstützen Tests sowie Rollouts. Attraktive Benefits und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten werden geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Berufserfahrung in BI-Reporting, Dashboard-Entwicklung oder Datenvisualisierung.
• Hands-on Erfahrung mit SAP Analytics Cloud oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools.
• Starkes Verständnis von Reporting, Datenvisualisierung und KPI-Konzepten.
• Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in effektive Reporting-Lösungen zu übersetzen.
• Grundlegende Script-Kenntnisse und technisches Interesse.
• Analytische, problemorientierte und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige Arbeit über mehrere Reporting-Themen möglich.

Aufgaben

• Berichte, Dashboards und analytische Lösungen mit SAP Analytics Cloud entwickeln, pflegen und verbessern.
• Geschäftsanforderungen und Daten in klare, zuverlässige Berichte übersetzen.
• Mit Stakeholdern, Datenmodellierern, BI-Teams, SAP-Experten und IT zusammenarbeiten zur Definition von Reporting-Konzepten.
• Standards für Design, Visualisierung, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Funktionalität und Performance anwenden.
• Datenqualitäts- und Verfügbarkeitsprobleme identifizieren und kommunizieren.
• Berichte und Dashboards auf Genauigkeit, Funktionalität und Akzeptanz testen.
• Reporting-Lösungen basierend auf Feedback und Anforderungen optimieren.

Reporting Enablement Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Develop, maintain and improve BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools
• Translate business requirements and data into clear, reliable and user‑friendly reports, including KPIs, visualizations and interactive functionality
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data modelers, BI teams, SAP experts and IT to define reporting concepts and technical specifications
• Apply consistent standards for report design, visualization, usability, functionality and performance
• Identify and communicate data quality, availability and reporting issues to ensure reliable BI solutions
• Test reports and dashboards for accuracy, functionality, usability and performance, and support user acceptance and deployment
• Improve reporting solutions based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements, and identify opportunities for optimization

Your Profile

• Professional experience in BI reporting, dashboard development or data visualization
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable BI tools
• Strong understanding of reporting, data visualization and KPI concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
• Basic scripting skills and strong technical affinity
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple reporting topics
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC and/or Finance, Controlling, Sales is a plus
