The Reporting and Governance Manager, reporting to the Head of Program Management, will design, implement, and continuously improve reporting frameworks, project management systems, and governance structures for Brisbane 2032's PMO Centre of Excellence "Hub" and its Functional Area "Spokes". This role will deliver accurate, actionable reporting, dashboards, and governance solutions to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
The role champions the evolution of reporting, PM systems, and governance, ensuring optimisation across stakeholder needs, internal policies, and the Games lifecycle. Essential for positioning the PMO as a value‑creating Centre of Excellence, this role ensures consistency, transparency, and adaptability in a complex, multi‑entity environment, enabling both strategic oversight and operational agility. The role requires balancing robustness with flexibility in reporting, standards, and governance to support compliance and rapid issue resolution across the strategy, planning, readiness, and Games‑time phases.
