Base360.ai is seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage and product recordings into launch films, social content, and ads that capture attention and tell compelling stories. You will shape concepts, find hooks, and drive each video through to final cut.

This hands-on role requires mastery of storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion, with the opportunity to use AI tools to accelerate production. Remote work is available for an ambitious, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing craft.
• Proficient in major editors with motion design skills.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and sustain attention.
• Experience turning long recordings into concise stories.

Aufgaben

• Edit product launches and brand films with storytelling and visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and BTS footage.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with strong hooks.
• Build paid ad creative with variations in openings, messaging, and CTAs.
• Bring product to life with screen recordings, motion graphics, typography, and clear explainers.
• Own post-production: footage selection, editing, colour grading, sound design, captions, exports.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals and assets to speed up production.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
• Improve content using performance insights and retention data.
