Jobgether is seeking an IT Regular (SEO) for pooling purposes, based in Austria, offering a flexible remote environment. You will own SEO activities spanning keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, analytics, and link building, while managing PPC initiatives and ROI optimization.

You will collaborate with development, editorial, and marketing teams to embed SEO across digital experiences, using data-driven analysis and testing to drive acquisition.

Qualifikationen

• Proven SEO experience with strong ranking factors knowledge.
• SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and acquisition.
• Experience with web analytics platforms.
• HTML/CSS/JS knowledge affecting SEO.

Aufgaben

• Manage SEO and SEM activities, including content strategy, keyword research, technical optimization, link building, and paid search campaigns.
• Plan and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and acquisition performance across major search platforms.
• Analyze website analytics, paid search performance, campaign results, and market trends for actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor monthly costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Optimize website copy, landing pages, site architecture, and internal links for target keywords.
• Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and refinement based on performance.
• Research competitors to inform campaign decisions and opportunities.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to boost organic visibility.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance and conversions.
• Collaborate with development to ensure SEO-friendly coding and site functionality.
• Work with editorial and marketing to embed SEO in content creation.
• Stay updated on search algorithm changes and industry trends.
