You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to keep projects moving, manage multiple clients, monitor KPIs, and build scalable onboarding and campaign playbooks. English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS or martech.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or CRM tech is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise client onboarding end-to-end, including WhatsApp setup and API integrations.
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts and scheduling.
• Serve as primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to maintain momentum.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
• Define and monitor project KPIs, risks, and progress.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Proactively resolve risks and blockers with internal stakeholders.
• Build repeatable processes to improve customer experience.
