Hitachi Energy is seeking a motivated SAP Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate order processing within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to drive order-to-cash efficiency and excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in SAP Order Management (SD) with mastery of pricing, availability checks and billing, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in SAP Order Management (SD).
• Experience with SAP master data (customer, material, pricing).
• Fluent German and English; SAP SD certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage customer sales orders from entry to fulfillment in SAP.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and credit/debit requests.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Troubleshoot SAP order processing, pricing, and billing issues.
• Maintain customer and material master data for accuracy.
• Generate reports on order metrics and service levels.
• Support SAP system enhancements and testing.
• Create process documentation and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes.
