Zusammenfassung

AG1 is seeking a Packaging Engineer for a 4‑month contract. You will own end‑to‑end packaging development, PLM spec creation and maintenance, and cross‑functional execution across primary, secondary, and component packaging.

The role partners with our Director, Packaging Innovation & Operations in a fast‑paced, global environment. Working on dozens of SKUs, you’ll manage dielines, supplier conversations, regulatory checks, and PLM data entry.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years packaging engineering with ownership of primary and secondary packaging
• Experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or related cGMP environment
• Strong PLM/spec/database experience and ECR workflows
• Ability to read dielines and validate packaging drawings; coordinate with copackers and suppliers

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain packaging specs in PLM (Oracle) across packaging categories
• Review dielines, material specs, data sheets and BOMs for new or revised components
• Manage SKU/UPC requests and ECR workflows with target 48-hour turnaround
• Collaborate with PLM, Regulatory, Sourcing and Quality to keep data accurate
• Coordinate with global suppliers for data collection and packaging qualification
• Support primary/secondary packaging development and supplier qualifications
• Contribute to sustainability and regulatory compliance in packaging
