Your Role

RoomPriceGenie is proud of its rapidly growing, industry-leading ecosystem of partners, and we’re looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager to help us scale how we go to market together. Sitting within the Partnerships team, this role owns the partner marketing strategy end to end — from high-impact strategic partner co-marketing campaigns to building scalable, programmatic frameworks that enable marketing across the full spectrum of our global partner base. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll create brand-new frameworks, develop content, run campaigns, and work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure partner marketing directly supports pipeline growth, revenue, and product adoption.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner Marketing Strategy & Positioning: Own and evolve RoomPriceGenie’s partner marketing strategy in line with company growth objectives; lead strategic partner co-marketing campaigns; identify priority partners and marketing opportunities based on commercial impact; define partner marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing leadership.
  • Strategic Campaigns & Partner Events: Plan and execute joint campaigns with strategic partners (content, webinars, launches, demand-generation initiatives); support regional marketing with in-person partner events; ensure campaigns are well-executed, on-brand, measurable and deliver ROI.
  • Scalable & Programmatic Partner Marketing: Design and build scalable partner marketing frameworks to support breadth partners at scale; create repeatable programs, templates, and playbooks; balance automation with quality and performance.
  • Partner Content: Support partner enablement with messaging, value propositions, comparison positioning, and campaign assets; translate product capabilities into partner-relevant narratives; enable partners with tools and guidance to represent and sell RoomPriceGenie.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the marketing leader within the Partnerships team; collaborate with Marketing (Content, Product Marketing, Web, Regional, Demand Gen), Commercial, and Product teams; ensure partner marketing aligns with broader go-to-market priorities and messaging.
Your Profile
Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in partner marketing, regional marketing, or ecosystem marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Proven track record of running co-marketing campaigns with partners
  • Experience building scalable marketing programs rather than only one-off initiatives
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing organisation
