Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy in Austria to lead a globally distributed ML team. You will shape the roadmap, mentor engineers and data scientists, and drive production ML systems that improve identification accuracy at scale.

You will partner with product and customer-facing teams to translate business needs into technical priorities and deliver measurable improvements in model quality and system reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, or data science with team leadership in ML/data science.
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems including data pipelines and deployment.
• Experience building high-performing multidisciplinary teams with engineers and analysts.
• Strong understanding of ML and data systems; familiarity with MLOps tooling.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data and data stack tooling like dbt.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML engineers, data scientists, analysts, and analytics engineers.
• Own the technical roadmap, partnering with leadership and stakeholders to improve model quality.
• Drive model accuracy by guiding design, training, evaluation, and deployment at scale.
• Oversee production ML systems, data pipelines, feature engineering, and ML workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with platform and API teams to meet latency and performance requirements.
