Nachhilfepro in Austria is seeking experienced professionals to support people aged 40+ in career changes through personalised 1-to-1 sessions, all remote. You’ll guide clients in identifying transferable skills and crafting tailored transition plans while helping refine their professional profiles for new goals.

Provide structured guidance in a 1-to-1 setting with a flexible schedule and the freedom to choose when you are available. Remote work and meaningful impact are central to the role.

Qualifikationen

• Solid professional experience, either from your own career or from supporting others through career changes.
• Experience or training in HR, Career Coaching, Psychology, Career Guidance, Recruitment or People Management is valued but not required.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual sessions focused on career guidance and professional reinvention.
• Help students identify transferable skills that can be applied to a new sector.
• Guide them in creating a realistic and structured career transition plan.
• Review and adapt their professional profile to align with their new career goals.
• Help students identify their strengths, experience and potential career opportunities.
