We are looking for a Regional Process Specialist (m/f/d) inEMEA.

Your Tasks
  • Contribute to the implementation of our Paper Machine Service Strategy
  • Lead paid / unpaid machine or section audits to gain performance understanding
  • Define feasible technical solutions to target performance improvements with a special focus on a differentiation approach
  • Calculate the value contribution of our solution and focus on convincing our customer on the importance of improving
  • Always consider the value proposition of our solutions
  • Present findings and technical proposals to customers
  • Analyze the demand for paper machine products and services
  • Analyze competitor strengths & weaknesses
  • Analyze and identify the critical factors influencing the implementation of our strategy
  • Analyze and identify our product differentiation criteria
  • Identify our combined ANDRITZ potential across our Pulp & Paper business areas
  • Support sales strategies with a focus on a differentiation approach
  • Guide and support our R&D efforts to achieve a preferred supplier position by identifying trends and technologies in the market
Your Profile
  • Completed university degree in paper-making, engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of proven experience in the paper industry working on machine optimizations / rebuilds.
  • Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.
  • Enhanced customer focus to develop our business.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies within a service-driven business.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; other foreign languages are an advantage.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 for this position.
