An international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations in Austria. This is a strategic and hands-on role, supporting both regional leadership and a local production site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the local HR team, ensuring effective delivery across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
  • Act as a strategic partner to site and regional leadership, supporting organizational development and cultural initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, including collaboration with the Works Council and negotiation of employment terms
  • Ensure compliance with Austrian labor laws and internal policies
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems, including regional HR IT projects
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture
Your Profile
  • Degree in HR or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • broad experience in a similar HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence across all levels of an international organization.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
