About the Role:
OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Operations to shape, elevate, and deliver operational excellence across our Australia region. This highly influential leadership role is for someone who thrives on strategy, execution, and building systems that genuinely make a difference.
This newly designed role leads the Operations & Facilities, Communications and IT teams.
As a member of the Regional Senior Leadership Team, you’ll turn OneSchool’s mission into seamless, consistent, and future‑ready operations, ensuring our 31 campuses and offices are safe, efficient, and aligned with our Global standards.
What You’ll Own & Lead
Operations Leadership
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve the region’s operational strategy.
- Standardise processes and platforms across facilities, WHS, communications, uniforms, events, privacy, and transport.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting to regional and global leadership.
- Drive operational projects with multiple deliverables and changing requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable, consistent improvements across all operational areas.
- Facilitate regular regional operations meetings to strengthen governance and collaboration
Facilities & Campus Security
- Lead the regional Facilities team to ensure well-maintained, compliant, high-functioning environments.
- Partner with State teams and Campuses to ensure safe, secure premises—covering fencing, CCTV, WHS expectations, and lease requirements.
WHS & Risk
- Be an integral part of the Global WHS working group.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of Work Health & Safety and risk systems.
- Ensure compliance, robust reporting, and a culture of safety across all sites.
Communications
- Guide regional communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee school apps and platform integrations to improve user experience.
Transport & Fleet Management
- Implement and uplift regional transport systems aligned with global standards.
- Oversee safety, routing, compliance, reporting, rostering, and full asset lifecycle for all vehicles.
Information Technology
- Lead our IT Team providing hands‑on support to our Campuses and Support Office enabling our staff to do their best work.
- Lead support functions including helpdesk, phones, and other non‑IT support services.
- Provide oversight to OSG staff operating at the Regional Support Office.

About You
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary operational functions (e.g., facilities, WHS, IT, communications) across complex, multi‑site environments.
- Ability to convert organisational strategy into clear operational plans, standardised processes, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of WHS management, and frameworks, with experience implementing organisation‑wide systems and reporting.
- Experience leading leaders and building high‑performing teams across geographically dispersed settings.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with senior leaders, educators, and global partners.
- Ability to use data, operational metrics, and platforms to drive decisions, identify efficiencies, and improve processes.
- Understanding of facilities management, IT support environments, transport/fleet management, and operational risk.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced and evolving contexts.
