We are looking for you as our new React Native Developer (f/m/x) to join our team at our Berlin, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Wels, Varazdin, Zagreb or Osijek location as soon as possible in full‑time (38,5 hours per week).

Your tasks

• You design and develop innovative, high‑performance mobile and web applications using React Native and React
• You collaborate closely in interdisciplinary, agile teams with experts in UX, UI, Backend, and QA
• You create intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces optimized for performance, accessibility, and maintainability
• You actively mentor colleagues (especially junior developers) on technical and organisational levels
• You review and provide feedback on code, ensuring quality and consistency across projects
• You help define and achieve team goals, manage tasks effectively, and respect deadlines
• You drive best practices in React Native and React development, including component architecture and state management

Your skills

• Solid professional experience in frontend and mobile development with a focus on React Native and React
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS (e.g. accessibility, modular design systems like Atomic Design, BEM, Pattern Lab)
• Experience with modern React patterns, such as hooks, context, and efficient state management (e.g. Redux)
• Familiarity with mobile‑specific challenges such as performance optimisation, native modules, and cross‑platform UI design
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to make informed technical decisions
• Strong communication skills and openness to giving and receiving feedback
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 language level)
