Job summary
Detecon International GmbH seeks experienced consultants to drive digitization in rail and mobility. You will advise on strategy, design, and implementation of digital solutions across the project life cycle, from analysis to rollout, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in STEM or related fields, 3+ years in digitization or IT projects, and strong German and English skills. Travel within the DACH region is expected; hybrid work options are available.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in STEM, Business Informatics, or Railway Technology.
- Several years of consulting experience in digitization, IT, or technology projects.
- Experience in rail or mobility environments is a plus.
- Strong technical affinity and design experience for complex IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients in digitization and transformation projects in rail and mobility between concept and hands-on delivery.
- Focus on methodical consulting, technical design, and implementation of digital solutions in complex orgs.
- Lead innovative digitization projects across the full project life cycle from analysis to rollout.
- Contribute to development of the consulting portfolio and internal knowledge sharing.
