Mercury is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for an MEP/CSA project. You will lead the quality team, address quality risks, and drive a zero-defect mindset across procedures and controls on site.

You will train personnel, implement QA/QC plans, and coordinate with the client to ensure timely submissions and compliance with quality standards. A focus on safety, audits, and weekly metrics is essential.

• Train project personnel on the Contractor’s QA/QC plan.
• Coordinate with client to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage, review and improve quality plans, tests and inspections.
• Ensure accessibility of quality documents and metrics for all followers.
