As part of our team you will be responsible for designing and building web APIs as well as microservices powering our wide range of products. Requirements
  • Acquaintance with Linux as a working environment (Development & Deployment)
  • Assured handling of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and CouchDB
  • Free and Open Source affinity
  • Experience with unit and functional testing frameworks
  • Sense of responsibility and proactivity
  • Easy-going personality, who actively participates in design discussions and code reviews
  • Experience in following fields advantageous:
    • Design of scalable Systems (Caching, Sharding, Clustering, Load Balancing, etc.)
    • Familiar with cloud solutions (Amazon AWS, etc.)
    • Handling spatial data (f.ex. with PostGIS)
    • Web Frameworks (f.ex. Django, Flask, backbone.js)
    • Skills in load testing & performance analysis
