Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in law and Bar admission required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, with senior-level leadership.
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead PSO and Strategy legal team and ensure timely delivery.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents for lending and grants.
• Develop policies, templates and knowledge management.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders.
