Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a strategic leader to drive Public Policy Engagement (PPE) across assigned products and therapeutic areas in Japan, aligning with external policy developments and internal Public Affairs priorities.

You will develop PA strategies based on OGSM and One Brand Plan, gather policy insights, and build strong relationships with policymakers and external stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Maximize product value through public policy engagement with stakeholders and policy makers.
• Create Public Affairs strategy for products using OGSM framework and One Brand Plan.
• Gather policy trends and insights and reflect them in business plans.
• Execute public policy engagement to optimize health policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with policy stakeholders.
• Promote PPE activities in Japan with GPA counterparts and external groups.
• Support Public Affairs duties and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
