The opportunity
Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and passionate Property Manager to join our awesome team and help us reach the next level.

This role will see you managing an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of around 120 residential properties, supported by outstanding admin assistance and inspections manager — so you can focus on client relationships, not paperwork. Best of all, there’s no trust accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of landlords and tenants
• Conduct leasing viewings, entry, exit, and routine inspections
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with trusted trades
• Liaise professionally with contractors, owners, and tenants
• Handle tenancy selection, onboarding, and lease renewals
• Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe and document management systems
