About the Role

Reporting directly to the Company Director, this is a leadership position with serious growth potential. We’re seeking a confident, career‑driven individual ready to be the Director’s right‑hand with a clear pathway to step into a General Manager role in thep>

You will:

• Manage end to end Marine HVAC & Refrigeration Projects, from concept to completion
• Lead and develop a skilled team of Tradespeople and Apprentices
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and procurement
• Oversee contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and the Director
• Contribute to design and innovation, expand your technical and creative skillset
• Travel overseas as required for key projects and client installations/commissioning (Currently 2-3 trips a year)
• Quote, invoice, and support sales activities
• Ensure compliance, safety, and top‑tier workmanship
