As a Project Manager at Iono, you will be responsible for driving this transition from first use‑case to reliable operation in production. You will work at the intersection of customer, engineering, and real‑world deployment, ensuring that robotic systems are not only developed, but actually work in practice. Your role is to turn industrial requirements into functioning robotic applications and to help scale them once proven.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial robotics projects from initial scoping to deployment
• Work with customers to define and refine real‑world use‑cases
• Coordinate hardware, software, and on‑site execution
• Drive pilot deployments and ensure successful operation in real environments
• Translate learnings from pilots into scalable and repeatable setups
• Identify bottlenecks in processes, systems, or environments and resolve them with the team
• Collaborate closely with engineering to align development with real‑world needs

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial environments, automation, or technical project management
• Strong execution mindset with hands‑on approach
• Ability to work in fast‑moving, uncertain environments
