Project Manager Quality (m/f/d) at PALFINGER AG

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross‑functional quality projects from implementation to rollout and strategic initiatives.
• Own projects within the PMO Quality Management portfolio, develop traceability concepts and rollout SAP inspection planning at plant level.
• Contribute to the introduction of new quality management methods and tools, including administration and training.
• Develop e‑learning content as part of the QUALITY LEADER initiative.
• Optimize and advance project management standards, methods and tools within PALFINGER.

Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of professional project management experience, ideally in an international corporate environment; project management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods, especially quality management, lean management and document management systems.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, team spirit, high level of commitment and flexibility; readiness to travel up to 30 %.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59 766,98 based on full‑time employment.
According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conform overpayment.
