• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in regulierten Umgebungen.
• Erfahrung mit traditionellen und agilen Methoden und Tools.
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeiten; Teamarbeit.
• Guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungs- und Produktprojekten im Medizintechnikbereich.
• Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team (Forschung, Entwicklung, Qualität, Regulierung, Produktion, Marketing).
• Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Budgets, Risikomanagement und Ressourcenstrategien.
• Unterstützung und Dokumentation gemäß MDR-Entwicklungsprozess.
• Kommunikation mit externen Partnern, Lieferanten und klinischen Einrichtungen.
• Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Berichterstattung an das Management.
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.

Jobbeschreibung

• Planning, controlling, and implementing development and product projects in the field of medical technology
• Working with an interdisciplinary team (research, development, quality, regulatory affairs, production, marketing)
• Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, risk management, and resource strategies
• Supporting and documenting projects according to a development process compliant with MDR
• Communicating with external partners, suppliers, and clinical institutions
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to management
• Identifying process and product optimization opportunities

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in regulated environments (medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotech)
• Experience with project management methodologies (traditional and agile) and tools
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, enjoyment of teamwork
• Completed studies in medical technology, biomedical engineering, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, possibly FDA regulations)
• Very good German and English skills
