Greiner based in Kremsmünster, Austria, seeks an IT Technician for Production IT/OT to maintain and advance its IT infrastructure across production sites. You’ll focus on networks, servers, Linux systems, and secure remote access, with opportunities to work on international projects and rollouts.

Ideal candidates have IT/network background, knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and firewalls, and experience with Windows and Linux systems. Travel to international sites is expected.

• Maintain and further develop IT/OT infrastructure at production sites.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks and IT systems.
• Maintain TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, and firewall rules.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in Windows, Linux, and network environments.
• Maintain secure remote access solutions and implement updates and patches.
• Assist with production network segmentation and security.
• Create technical documentation for systems, networks, configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Production, Automation and Maintenance teams.
• Participate in international IT, OT and MES projects and rollouts.
