Zusammenfassung

SAN Vet, the animal health arm of SAN Group, invites applications for a production-oriented role in Austria. You will contribute to manufacturing diagnostic products and support materials preparation, quality checks, and documentation in line with ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a natural sciences or technical background, hands-on lab/production experience, and basic MS Office skills. The position offers a SANtastic culture, team spirit, and opportunities for development within SAN Group.

• Prepare materials, reagents, buffers and components for production.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document activities in line with ISO requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and assist onboarding of new team members.

SAN Vet is the animal health branch of SAN Group . As a globally operating business we contribute to sustainable animal protein production by providing high tech and essential solutions in the areas of biosecurity, veterinary diagnostics, vaccines, in-vitro PCR diagnostica, and pharmaceuticals. Through innovative in-house research and development as well as partnerships with external institutions and universities, we continuously expand in new markets. These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Produce high-quality semi-finished and finished diagnostic products according to established production processes and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, reagents, buffers and production components to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document all production activities in line with internal and ISO requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods and support stock management activities.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and continuously improving production environment while supporting the onboarding of new team members.

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Educational background in natural sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, laboratory technology, or a technical field (e.g. Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship, technical school/HTL, or similar).
• First experience in production, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related technical environment.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation practices.Good technical understanding and a hands‑on working style.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills (German and English, written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Seeing change as opportunity and not as a threat.

• This position is available immediately however, we are happy to consider your notice period or your desired start date.
• Based on your professional experience and your qualification, we offer you an attractive total compensation package starting at € 40.000,- gross annual base salary, plus attractive benefits.
