What you will do

• Lead UX/UI strategy: You define the design and UX roadmap for our Mimirio AI company knowledge platform
• Make complexity simple: You transform complex processes into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Build a design system: You continue to develop our scalable design system to ensure a consistent design language & code base leading to a seamless user experience.
• Prototyping & testing: From wireframes to interactive prototypes – you test, iterate, and optimize.
• Set trends: You conduct competitor & market analysis to identify and shape fresh ideas that redefine usability.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally connected to chat and document editing applications
• You feel at home using design tools, such as Figma/Penpot (including Dev mode, components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Solid knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JS, Flutter, … )
• Experience with building design systems to improve efficiency & clean code for the entire team
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, usable designs
• You need a valid work permit for the EU
• Part or Full time opportunity, we are looking for real employees, no agencies or freelancers
