Jobbeschreibung

The Copacker Management Department is the driving link between Red Bull and its copacking partners — ensuring seamless collaboration, data accuracy, and operational excellence across the network.

In this role, you take ownership of Masterdata creation and maintenance, including recipes and finished good Bills of Material (BOMs), ensuring all data is accurate, aligned, and effectively shared with our Copackers. You’ll independently manage and track projects with an end‑to‑end perspective, identifying cross‑functional dependencies and driving coordination across teams. Acting as the connector between internal stakeholders and Copackers, you make sure that Red Bull’s standards, timelines, and execution run flawlessly from concept to production.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
MASTERDATA MANAGEMENT

You will be responsible for converting Red Bull’s development recipes into executional copacker recipes using our Masterdata tools and ERP system. You will coordinate, review, and approve all masterdata and Bills of Material (BOMs) for finished goods launches and changes before sharing the final data with Copackers. Acting as the key link between Red Bull Operations and the Copackers, you will ensure both sides’ business needs are aligned and that all information is accurately reflected in execution. This includes attending on‑site productions at our copacker locations to verify that submitted data is correctly implemented and processes run according to Red Bull’s standards.

COMMUNICATION

You will communicate with all internal and external stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment across teams. As the main point of contact for both Red Bull departments and Copackers, you will handle all inquiries and discussions related to Bills of Material and Masterdata topics. Your clear, structured communication will support effective cooperation and reinforce strong, trust‑based relationships across the network.

NETWORK & PARTNER EVOLUTION

You will actively contribute to the continuous development of the Red Bull–Copacker partnership by supporting process analyses, identifying optimization opportunities, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will play a role in coordinating and contributing to overall network optimization and potential production network expansions. Your insights and collaboration will help ensure that Red Bull’s copacking network remains efficient, agile, and well‑positioned for future growth.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management (or equivalent practical experience); experience in data science is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar business field — production processes, data setup, operations, or master data management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP required), with hands‑on experience managing BOMs and recipe data.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency across systems and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, open‑minded, and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate cross‑functional projects effectively.
