THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AV Configuration Management platform and proprietary AV Video Player.

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end—defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that create value for both our clients and internal stakeholders. Acting as a key partner to Engineering and Client Integration teams, you will balance business objectives, technical requirements, and user needs to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the vision for AV Configuration Management and the AV Video Player, aligning features with business strategy and engineering goals.
• Sparring & Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with development teams and the Client Integration team to ensure technical feasibility, prioritize the backlog, and maintain high delivery standards.
• Client Integration: Act as a subject‑matter expert during the client integration process, ensuring seamless product adoption and providing technical guidance on player implementation.
• Data‑Driven Insights: Support the strategy for AI‑supported client analysis; help generate datasets to prepare them for actionable product insights.
• Technical Excellence: Navigate the team through dependencies to other teams and ensure high documentation standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate engineering requirements into business value, facilitating prioritization meetings across the teams.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience: At least 3+ years in Product Management or a similar field, with a focus on data products, analytics, or video streaming technologies.
• Cloud & API Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/EKS) and APIs (REST, JSON).
• Video Technologies: Familiarity with video technologies (HLS, DASH, DRM).
• Integration Mindset: Experience in client‑facing roles with the ability to translate technical requirements into customized client solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (C1 level). Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
• Soft Skills: A collaborative, proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
