Zusammenfassung

Optimuse GmbH, Vienna-based AI startup, seeks a Product Manager with construction/real estate experience to own the platform roadmap, pricing, and scope. You will shape product direction and ensure alignment with sales and engineering across bundled simulations.

You will translate building practice into product decisions, maintain PRDs and release notes, and work in a flexible hybrid setup with a modern Vienna office. Fluent English and German preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Product management in a B2B SaaS environment with a technical or data-intensive product.
• Professional experience in construction/real estate/AEC is a hard requirement.
• Fluent English; professional German strongly preferred.
• Degree linking building energy systems, simulation and building operations, or equivalent hands-on competence.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap across product areas and decide what ships next.
• Shape pricing and packaging and own the Stripe catalog end-to-end.
• Discovery with asset managers, developers, and building engineers.
• Define quality standards for simulation results and manage trade-offs.
• Maintain PRDs, decision logs, and release notes.
