Zusammenfassung

Cyclops is building the infrastructure for crypto payments. The Product Manager for Compliance and Onboarding will own KYB/KYC onboarding across our product suite, ensuring fast, compliant onboarding for clients, merchants, and end customers.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business leaders in Vienna or remotely from Austria to translate regulations into product decisions using automation and AI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, CS, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in product management with compliance/showcase
• Experience coordinating KYB/compliance with regulated partners.
• Experience designing KYC/KYB reliance or data-sharing models.
• Deep understanding of KYB/KYC flows and onboarding impact.
• Experience owning compliance products across fiat/crypto rails.
• Familiarity with Travel Rule requirements and regulatory regimes.
• Ability to translate regulatory trade-offs into ship-ready requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for compliance metrics.
• Effective communicator with cross-team alignment.

Aufgaben

• Own KYB & KYC onboarding product for clients, merchants, and end customers.
• Orchestrate KYB across banks, rails, and liquidity providers.
• Reduce onboarding friction via data reuse and partnerships.
• Own compliance product suite: sanctions screening, monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention.
• Lead Travel Rule compliance across products and jurisdictions.
• Drive automation to replace manual reviews using AI.
