We are looking for a new team member who will combine project management, process improvement, digitalization and stakeholder collaboration — from understanding how processes work today and identifying opportunities for improvement, to coordinating projects, implementing new solutions and making sure changes are adopted.
In this role, you will work with colleagues from Procurement, IT and other core functions, bringing structure to complex topics and turning ideas into practical solutions that create a better way of working.
As part of the Process Excellence, Digital Transformation & Reporting team, you will have the opportunity to influence how processes, tools and ways of working develop across the organization and see the impact of your work.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month when employed in Austria.
You will be mainly accountable for: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, digitalization, Procurement Excellence and new ways of working, from planning through implementation and follow-up.
Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, sustainable and user-friendly solutions.
Drive the implementation, rollout and continuous development of digital solutions, including procurement tools, reporting platforms, process mining applications and AI-driven technologies that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, IT and the business, while supporting change management, user adoption, training activities, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
What it takes to Run what runs the world Experience in Procurement, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Business Analysis, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience coordinating or leading projects, with the ability to structure work, manage priorities, engage stakeholders and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
Good understanding of business processes and digital solutions; experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, eProcurement platforms, SharePoint or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong interest in digital transformation, process optimization and the adoption of innovative tools and technologies.
Process improvement mindset and the ability to analyze existing ways of working, identify opportunities and turn them into actionable improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a process improvement mindset and the ability to turn ideas into actionable improvements.
Mandatory communication skills in German and English, written and spoken.
A proactive and structured team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across countries, functions and organizational levels.
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 775.27 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026.
