Procurement Manager - Marketing Services (f/m/d)

ALDI SÜD HOLDING seeks a dynamic procurement leader to manage and optimize marketing services across our international portfolio.

How You’ll Make Your Mark
  • Drive and manage international procurement activities focused on marketing and related services.
  • Own and manage global procurement initiatives for agencies, artwork, print products, marketing research, consultants, advertising, digital marketing services, media buying, and other marketing-related procurements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize international procurement processes and lead international tenders across all ALDI SÜD countries within the marketing domain.
  • Lead strategic marketing procurement projects with regular engagement with Senior Management, conducting financial analysis, cost estimation, and budget development to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with international suppliers and stakeholders across all ALDI SÜD countries, maintaining accurate procurement records, ensuring data integrity across systems, and fostering strong supplier relationships in marketing services.
  • Lead, train, and develop a diverse team within ALDI Süd Holding, driving excellence in marketing procurement.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑regional initiatives aimed at optimizing marketing procurement in a dynamic international environment, with a willingness to travel as required.
Your Profile
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement of marketing‑related services and products.
  • Extensive experience in international strategic sourcing projects and contract negotiations.
  • Hands‑on experience with tendering and contracting processes, ideally using SAP Ariba and/or SAP HANA systems.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and ideally knowledge of German.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, effective decision‑making, and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of presenting and leading key procurement concepts to senior management to drive cost savings and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing, supported by a high level of assertiveness.
  • Proactive, structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach, complemented by excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in an international, fast‑paced environment and willingness to travel as needed.

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300.
