Your contribution will be

• Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS global Process Management Framework ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
• Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation implementing all steps of the methodology (scope design documentation measurement and evaluation)
• Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects aligning these with FOUR PAWS strategic goals and objectives
• Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity accuracy and alignment across teams
• Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query pivot tables and VBA / macros) to perform data analysis create dashboards and measure process performance
• Building Power BI dashboards to track and visualise process performance

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
• High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
• Proven experience in process analysis mapping and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with automation and data tools particularly Microsoft Power Automate Excel (advanced) and Power BI
• Excellent English and strong communication skills
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
