Your Tasks

Your Profile

• M.Sc. in physics or related fields
• Strong background in quantum mechanics, quantum optics, cavity QED and open quantum systems, atomic and molecular physics, condensed‑matter physics, and/or many‑body analytical and numerical techniques
• Ability to think, plan, and conduct research independently, as well as to work and cooperate with other Group members and external collaborators
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong social skills

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 53.140,92 (full-time based), in accordance with the collective agreement of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW). For part‑time employment, the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis in line with the agreed working hours.
