We’re looking for a dedicated Postdoc to join our research team, where science meets clinical relevance. You will work directly with patient-derived samples to test drug responses - contributing to science that makes a difference. This is a hands‑on, high‑responsibility role with meaningful outcomes for young patients.

Your responsibilities
  • Maintenance and further development of a computational pipeline for drug response profiling in pediatric AML
  • Development of advanced computer vision models for pipeline improvements
  • Multi‑omics analysis including high‑throughput data from image‑based drug screens
  • Engagement in an existing skilled technical team for sample processing and wetlab assay optimization
  • Data interpretation and reporting for drug screens on individual patients
Your profile

What you bring for this position:

  • PhD in a relevant subject, e.g. molecular biology, bioinformatics or related field
  • Strong data analysis and coding skills in Python
  • Experience with pediatric leukemias or precision oncology
  • Experience with biological image analysis and machine learning for computer vision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills (German is not required)
