NXP Semiconductors Austria in Gratkorn offers a part-time PMO internship to support project monitoring, reporting and documentation tools while you continue your studies.

You will create and maintain project data, support weekly reports, manage SharePoint and training materials, with a focus on data quality and KPI reporting.

The role requires ongoing studies and MS Office skills; knowledge of PowerQuery/PowerBI is a plus, and you should be able to work 16–20 hours per week.

• First-line support of all project monitoring, reporting and documentation tools
• Creating new projects and maintenance of resource data in the Project Management tool
• Maintaining master data of running projects
• Verifying data quality including compliancy checks
• Handling resolution of data inconsistencies in reports in collaboration with data owners
• Support for weekly project reports
• Handling standard stakeholder requests & general support tasks
• Update and maintenance of Sharepoint site collection
• Support updating and creating internal training material
