Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with Siemens SIMATIC S7 / TIA Portal.
• Proficient in SCL, FBD (FUP) and STL (AWL).
• Solid experience with Motion Control and servo drive technology.
• Background in machine automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• German and English language skills at B2 level or above.

We are currently recruiting for an established, innovative engineering company in Upper Styria, looking for an experienced Senior PLC Software Developer to join its R&D and automation engineering team.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated machinery and automation systems, developing PLC software for fully automated stacking machines, conveyor technology and shuttle systems.

You'll be involved in developing new machine concepts, programming intelligent motion sequences for robotics applications and optimising systems through to production readiness.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of professional experience with Siemens SIMATIC S7 / TIA Portal
• Strong programming knowledge of SCL, FBD (FUP) and STL (AWL)
• Solid experience with Motion Control and servo drive technology
• Background in machine automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related discipline
• German and English language skills at B2 level or above
• Independent, hands-on approach and strong teamwork skills
