Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairing and servicing production machinery and equipment, as well as carrying out welding, turning, and milling tasks. You will also support workplace optimization by fabricating custom fixtures.

• Carrying out preventive maintenance
• Repair and maintenance of our production machines, devices and buildings
• Carrying out various welding, turning and milling work
• Production of devices for workplace design
• Completed training in a skilled trade in the metal industry (e.g. locksmith or mechanic)
• Manual skills, ability to work independently
• Experience in turning, welding (TIG, MAG) and milling
• Willingness to work and overtime
• B driving license, forklift driving license (can also be obtained internally)

The starting salary for Maintenance Technician is at least € 2,732,20 gross during a three-month induction phase. After that, the monthly wage increases to a minimum of € 2,862,25 gross, but a maximum of € 3,256,53 gross without overtime or various bonuses.According to the collective agreement, the gross monthly salary (wood industry) is between € 2,383,09 (excl. VAT and shift allowance) and € 2,718,76.
