Global Roles is seeking a freelance Multilingual Output Production Assistant to proofread and format multilingual content for dissemination. The role supports the Division of Conference and Document Services and ensures accuracy across Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.

Responsibilities include archiving finalized content, compiling official records of meetings, and preparing content for translation software. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in proofreading and layout tasks is an asset.
• Perfect command of either Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian or Spanish as mother tongue or principal language of education is a requirement.
• Advanced knowledge of English (if not the incumbent's mother tongue or principal language of education) is a requirement.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office software is essential; experience in using IT translation tools, in particular Trados Studio, is desirable.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
