Job summary

United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna seeks a Consultant to support PCCP MENA funding proposals and to design gender-responsive assessments for Lebanon and regional activities. You will develop a portfolio-wide design framework, prepare donor reporting outputs, and provide advisory input on activity sequencing and risk, coordinating with Project Officers and national counterparts.

The assignment requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with donor priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio-wide design framework for PCCP MENA proposals and translate priorities into indicators.
• Create a gender-responsive assessment for PCCP activities in Lebanon and integrate findings into planning.
• Prepare donor reporting outputs for the PCCP MENA portfolio, aligned with donor priorities and reporting requirements.
• Provide advisory input on PCCP activities addressing illicit trafficking and supply chain security in Lebanon and the MENA region, in coordination with project officers and counterparts.

• One gender-responsive assessment for PCCP activities in Lebanon, including methodology design and integration of findings into programme planning and gender mainstreaming measures.
• Donor reporting outputs for the PCCP MENA portfolio, with content and framing determined by the consultant in line with donor priorities and results-based reporting requirements.
• Provide operational, drafting, and advisory support for the implementation of PCCP activities addressing illicit trafficking and supply chain security in Lebanon and other MENA countries, including advisory input on activity sequencing, risk and contextual considerations, and alignment with donor and technical requirements, in coordination with the relevant Project Officer(s) and national counterparts.
