Aufgaben

• Payroll and personnel administration for assigned profit centres (≈150 employees) including changes in Abacus.
• HR administration from A to Z: entry/exit formalities, withholding tax, family allowances, residence/work permits.
• Create HR-specific data overviews and statistics.
• Be the contact person for employees and profit centres on HR matters.
• Provide counter service and advice to employees.
