Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) offers a consulting role focused on delivering strategic solutions to multinational merchants and payment platforms in Central Europe. Analysts manage projects, collaborate across teams, and translate data into strategic recommendations for global clients.

Role requires digital fluency, use of AI tools, and the ability to work with complex datasets to drive activation, portfolio growth and risk control within client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment industry or digital payments preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to decompose problems into distinct analysis pieces.
• Use and adapt templates for client scenarios, optimizing structure to convey messages.
• Ability to perform quantitative & qualitative analysis with guidance.
• Extract actionable insights and craft data-driven storylines.
• Strong team player with cross-level collaboration.
• Excellent multi-tasking and adaptability.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Interest in learning analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau).
• Interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes with some guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
• Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.
• Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
